THE TRAINING
SWT Society offers comprehensive periodised training to enhance functional health and fitness for all ages and abilities. With a mix of cardio and strength workouts, plus optional 1RM testing, there's something for everyone to help achieve their fitness goals in a supportive environment.
SWT Society offers comprehensive periodised training designed to enhance functional health and fitness for a wide range of individuals. Our structured approach includes optional testing available four times a year, allowing participants to track their progress if they wish to, and customise their workouts in a supportive group training setting.
Our training schedule and classes features three cardio days and three strength days, incorporating upper body, lower body, and full-body workouts. These cycles encompass endurance, strength, metabolic conditioning (metcon), maintenance, and peak weeks, to name a few.
No matter your goal, there’s something for everyone, making this program accessible to all fitness levels, experiences, abilities, and ages. Join us to work toward your individual goals while benefiting from a motivating community.
